Terms of Service

The rules for using Node Health.

Last updated: 9 June 2026

This branded experience may also be subject to partner privacy policy and partner terms.

About these terms

These terms apply to use of the Node Health platform operated by Suede Medical. By accessing the platform, a user agrees to use it only for lawful, authorised, and clinically appropriate purposes.

Access to the platform

Access may be provided to customers, clinicians, partner clinic staff, partner administrators, and platform administrators. Users must provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and notify us if they believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.

Health information and clinical decisions

Node Health helps organise and interpret health information, including pathology results, wearable-device data, and clinical workflow information. The platform does not replace medical care, clinical judgement, emergency services, or advice from a qualified health practitioner. Users should speak with a clinician before making medical decisions based on platform information.

No emergency use

Node Health is not designed for urgent or emergency medical situations. In an emergency, users should contact local emergency services or seek urgent medical care.

Reports, wearables, and data quality

Reports, wearable-device imports, and third-party data may contain delays, omissions, formatting differences, or source errors. Users and clinicians remain responsible for checking original source documents and exercising professional judgement.

Email and account notifications

We may send transactional emails needed to operate the platform, including account invitations, password resets, security notices, and document-ready notifications. More detail is available in our Email Notification Policy.

Acceptable use

Users must not:

  • access accounts, documents, or data they are not authorised to access;
  • upload malicious, unlawful, or misleading content;
  • attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or audit controls;
  • use the platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or deceptive messages;
  • copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform except as permitted by law.

Suspension or removal

We may suspend or remove access where needed to protect users, partners, clinicians, the platform, or legal compliance. We may also remove access if an account is inactive, unauthorised, unpaid, or misused.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the updated terms.
