Email Notification Policy
How Node Health uses email.
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This branded experience may also be subject to partner privacy policy and partner terms.
Transactional email only
Node Health uses email for transactional platform messages. We do not use the platform email system for cold outreach, purchased lists, rented lists, scraped contacts, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or bulk promotional campaigns.
Who receives email
Recipients are people with a direct relationship to the platform, such as customers, clinicians, partner clinic staff, partner administrators, or platform administrators. Email addresses are created through account setup, clinician or partner invitation, administrator action, or direct user interaction with the platform.
Types of messages
Expected email types include:
- account invitations and onboarding messages;
- password reset, verification, and security messages;
- document-ready or report-ready notifications;
- appointment, telehealth, or workflow notifications;
- support replies and inbound-email workflows where enabled.
Health information in email
Health-report notification emails are designed to avoid detailed pathology results or clinical values in the email body. Where appropriate, the email tells the user that a document or update is ready and directs the user to sign in securely to view details.
Sender identity and replies
Emails should clearly identify Node Health, Suede Medical, or an authorised partner brand. Replies may be used for support, workflow, or document processing where inbound email handling is enabled.
Bounces, complaints, and preferences
We monitor delivery failures and complaints. Invalid addresses may be corrected or suppressed. Users may ask not to receive non-essential notifications, but security and account-access messages may still be required to operate the account.
